Delivery - our simple approach
Deliveries to U.K. addresses – we use Royal Mail and DPD Local services, whichever is the most appropriate. Items will be shipped unmounted either as a flat package in single or double wall cardboard packaging or a quality postal tube. Orders will be charged at a flat rate of £7.00 for the first item plus an additional £3.00 for each item thereafter shipped in the same package. We use an insured and sign-for, trackable service. We aim to ship items within 3 days of a completed order.
Deliveries outside the U.K. – send an Email to ian@scottishpictures.com specifying what you wish to order and a delivery address and we’ll send you a purchase quotation inclusive of insured & sign-for, trackable delivery.
Returns
We trust customers will be pleased with their purchase. However, if for any reason a customer wishes to return an item, they must inform us by Email (ian@scottishpictures.com) the reason for the return within 7 days from the date of purchase, and return the item by a similar method as used for the delivery within 14 days, cost of return delivery payable by the customer. We shall refund the purchase price in full, excluding the cost of delivery, assuming the item is returned in the same condition as received, similarly packaged and insured. Insurance is advised as we cannot refund items that are lost or damaged in transit to us. Any refund due to a customer will be actioned within 5 working days of receipt.
